Created in February 2002 for Kathleen Kirch of  “The Gray Horse”, this oxer sports a flag theme - the standards are white gate type with tiny red and blue stars.  The element consists of five planks painted to resemble an American flag topped off with two red/white/blue striped poles.   Kathleen’s idea for flowers was to have pails filled with sand with flags in them (a Martha Stuart idea) and it turned out really unique and quite cute!
